I enjoy working with all parties to ensure smooth transactions and delivering timely closings to satisfied, happy customers, across the board!”
Matthew Linden, Escrow Officer
Matthew Linden began his Real Estate career as a top producing Realtor in downtown Seattle. Being a Southern California native, the draw of sun, sand, and surf was too much to resist. Matt returned to San Diego in 2002 and began his escrow career as an Escrow Assistant. By 2005, Matt was an Escrow Officer running a busy desk processing Refi’s, Resales, Short Sales and Reverse Mortgages. As a former Realtor, Matt brings a unique “outside” understanding to the escrow process.
